The education system of Uzda District includes 29 institutions:
12 institutions of general secondary education (1 district gymnasium,
5 secondary schools, 1 base school, 5 kindergartens-schools;
11 pre-school institutions;
Center for Creativity of Children and Young People;
Center for Remedial Developmental Education and Rehabilitation;
Uzda District Social and Educational Center;
Uzda District Youth Sports School;
Uzda sanatorium-type boarding school;
Uzda State Agricultural Professional Lyceum.

Physical culture, sports and tourism are represented by two institutions:
District Fitness and Recreation Center;
Uzda District Children's and Youth Sports School. Uzda District is home to 63 sports facilities, including: a stadium, an indoor arena, 21 sports halls, 6 specially equipped facilities, 15 sports grounds, 5 sports fields, 3 mini-pools.

The tourism sector features 22 farmsteads, a hotel affiliated with the Uzda housing and utilities sector, Podyelniki sanatorium, AnAgroBel, Shishki tourist facility, 5 roadside service facilities, Uzda district organization of the Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen, Lesnichevka hunting lodge of the Uzda Forestry, 21 catering facilities.

Medical services are provided by the Uzda District Central Hospital which includes a polyclinic for 250 visits per shift; six ambulance stations; 19 rural health posts; a care home for 25 beds in the village of Telyakovo; two health units.

There are 31 cultural institutions in Uzda District. These include the Uzda District Culture Center, Deshchenka community center, 12 rural culture centers; Pavliuk Trus Uzda District Central Library, the children’s district library, 12 rural libraries, one rural club-library; the Uzda Children’s Arts School; the Uzda District Local History Museum. There is Oktyabr cinema house in the town of Uzda. The district has its newspaper Chyrvonaya Zorka.

Social services are provided by the Center for Social Services of Uzda District.
